A large specimen richly-covered in native silver from the Cobalt, Ontario area. Both leaf and crystallized silver are present and have been exposed by etching away the calcite veins they formed in. The crystallized silver, notably, shows a significant amount of spinel-twinning both on the front and back of the piece. Like several pieces acquired from this collector's estate, a coating had been put on the specimen in an attempt to present tarnishing. Ex Garry Kolodinsky collection.
