Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with an undamaged specimen, you may return it for any reason by contacting us within seven calendar days of delivery.

For an ordinary return:

• ·     The specimen must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
• ·     It must be carefully packed, preferably using the original box and protective packing materials.
• ·     The return must be shipped with tracking.

Once the specimen has been received and inspected, we will refund its purchase price. Original shipping charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for return-shipping costs and any optional carrier liability coverage.
