About Our Company

We are a new mineral and fossil dealership based out of Calgary, Alberta, Canada. We were founded by geologist Keith Mychaluk, with assistance from his family, friends and colleagues in 2022.

Rocky Mountain Minerals & Fossils is a vendor and evaluator of premium mineral and fossils for collectors and institutions. We purchase collections and offer advice. We have a significant inventory of recently acquired collections with only a fraction on our website. Watch for website updates and a brand new social media push as we play catch-up in 2025.

In addition to our website, we expect to showcase our products at several Western Canadian mineral shows annually. Our close friend (and mentor), Rob Belcher of The Aesthetics Underground in Banff, Alberta, is retiring from the trade and we are slowly absorbing Rob's inventory and welcome his long-time customers. 

We are a home-based business and do not have a "brick and mortar" store but we do welcome visitors by appointment.
