This is a giant rutile from the type locality at famous Graves Mountain. Likely an older pices from a recently acquired collection, these are considering mineral world classics. Clearly the best of the biggest rutiles come from Graves Mountain and this big boy does not disappoint. The crystal is sharp on all edges other than the basal contact with no damage.
