Rhodocrosite, Alma, Colorado

A few stout rhodocrosite crystals along with masses of rhodocrosite on matrix from the modern classic Colorado locality. Along with the nice pinky red rhodos, there is a mix of sulphides (possibly tetrahedrite, galena and chalcophyrite) along with a few needles of quartz on the predominantly quartz matrix.
