An attractive topaz crystal cluster from the classic Topaz Mountain, Thomas Range, Juab County, Utah, USA, with provenance from the Mike Menzies collection.
This sculptural miniature features several intersecting topaz crystals in warm sherry to pale champagne tones. A prominent upright crystal forms the centerpiece, while elongated crystals project laterally to create an unusually dimensional, almost star-like composition. Areas of fine pale crystalline coating provide additional texture and contrast against the transparent to translucent topaz.
The specimen is mounted on a clear acrylic base for easy display. Its unusually balanced crystal arrangement, warm natural color and instantly recognizable Topaz Mountain provenance make this an appealing little display piece for both topaz specialists and collectors of classic American localities.
