An attractive malachite stalactite from the Mindigi Mine, Kambove, Katanga, Democratic Republic of Congo, displaying rich green coloration and distinctive rounded botryoidal growth.

The specimen is composed of numerous interconnected stalactites with smooth to finely textured surfaces. Variations from medium to deeper green emphasize the individual rounded forms and natural growth patterns. This botryoidal habit is characteristic of malachite formed in the oxidized zones of copper deposits.

The Katanga Copperbelt of the Democratic Republic of the Congo is one of the world's most important copper-producing regions and is renowned among collectors for its exceptional suite of secondary copper minerals.
