An exceptional cerussite specimen from the Flux Mine, Santa Cruz County, Arizona, USA, featuring a dense and highly aesthetic aggregation of white to colorless elongated crystals.

Cerussite is a lead carbonate mineral that forms in the oxidized zones of lead-bearing ore deposits. The Flux Mine is a classic Arizona locality known for producing distinctive "jackstraw" cerussite crystals as seen in this specimen.

The specimen is almost completely covered by intergrown bladed and prismatic cerussite crystals, many displaying bright reflective faces and a striking adamantine to vitreous luster. The crystals form sprays and overlapping clusters across the specimen, producing an intricate three-dimensional texture and an impressive overall display.
