An elegant amethyst specimen from Las Vigas de Ramírez, Veracruz, Mexico, a classic locality renowned for its distinctive slender and highly transparent amethyst crystals.
This specimen features several elongated prismatic crystals diverging from a common base to create an attractive, open arrangement. The crystals display delicate pale lavender to purple coloration with excellent transparency and glassy lustre. Subtle internal zoning and phantom-like growth features add considerable interest when viewed closely, while the sharply developed terminations nicely display the characteristic crystal habit of Las Vigas amethyst.
