Veszelyite on Quartz, Black Pine Mine, Montana

The old Black Pine Mine in Montana yielded many rare mineral species with blue-green veszelyite being one of the prettiest. This specimen shows various coatings, including another unidentified crystallized mineral, along with the veszelyite on a small cluster of quartz. The quartz is milky and mostly terminated although there are a few that are not (some look recrystallized breaks). Ex Allan Ingelson collection. From Black Pine Mine, Granite County, Montana.
