Smithsonite, Tsumeb, Namibia (Ex Prosper J. Williams)

Smithsonite with a yellow cast in rhombohedral crystals. Sharp crystal faces with no damage. Resting on a matrix including sphalerite and perhaps other species. Attractive with the unique yellow colour and one of my favourite pieces we are offering from Prosper J. Williams' old inventory. Specimen comes with Prosper's label.
