Silver in Calcite, Cobalt area, Ontario, Canada

Native silver exposed and in veins within calcite. I like the main "tuft" of leaf silver at the top of the specimen. It stands out nicely giving the overall piece character. Like a few other specimens we acquired from an old estate, this piece may have been previously coated to prevent the silver from oxidizing but it is mostly gone now. Ex Garry Kolodinsky collection.
