Richardoestesia tooth (1/2"), Hell Creek Formation, Garfield County, Montana

Richardoestesia is a theropod (carnivore) dinosaur of which very little is known. Other than a set of jaw bones, mostly only teeth are know from richardoestesia. Although missing it's tip, this richardo tooth is still attached to matrix; an uncommon and unique offering. The tooth is 1.2 cm long (just over 1/2"). I collected this specimen myself in July 2023 with Jason Phipps on this ranch southwest of Jordan, Montana. Upper Cretaceous, Hell Creek Formation. Dimensions: 1.75 x 2.5 cm. SOLD
