An elegant and highly aesthetic quartz crystal from the famous Cabiche mining district of Quípama, Boyacá, Colombia. This specimen features a well-formed transparent quartz crystal accented by striking golden-yellow halloysite inclusions concentrated near the termination, creating a beautiful natural color contrast between the clear lower section and the vibrant upper portion. There is no damage on the complex termination.

Halloysite is a rare clay mineral that can occur as delicate inclusions within quartz, producing unusual and highly collectible specimens. The Cabiche locality is renowned among mineral collectors for yielding some of the world's finest halloysite-included quartz crystals, prized for their distinctive appearance and rarity.
