Quartz (Japan-Law Twin), Mount Teneriffe, King County, Washington

Another self-collected specimen from the Mike Menzies collection. A rather robust Japan-law twinned quartz nested above terminated quartz crystals. There is a small knick on part of the twin. The internal fractures within the crystals are natural, which give the piece some needed sparkle. From Mount Teneriffe, King County, Washington. Measures: 9 cm long x 7.5 cm wide x 8 cm tall. The twin crystal is 7 cm long x 2 cm wide just by itself!
