Herderite, Linopolis, Minas Gerais, Brazil

Like most herderites specimens, our sample is probably hydroxylherderite, a phosphate of the apatite group. This nice cluster has several translucent yellow-green crystals jutting out at varoius angles. All crystals are terminated without any damage and mounted on an acrylic base. From a pegmatite in Linopolis, Minas Gerais, Brazil. Dimensions: 4 cm x 5 cm
