Fossil Sun Fish (Cyclobatis oligodactylus), Haqil, Byblos, Lebanon

Fossil Sun Fish (Cyclobatis oligodactylus) nicely prepped in matrix. There has been some restoration on the upper left-hand side of the matrix to fill-in a crack. The specimen was stabilized on the back with fiberglass making this piece quite rigid. Upper Cretaceous, Haqil, Byblos, Lebanon. Dimensions: 16 x 21 cm
