Edingtonite (cabinet-sized), Ice River Alkaline Complex, Near Golden, British Columbia, Canada

Edingtonite is a rare, barium member of the zeolite group and specimens from the Ice River Alkaline Complex near Golden, B.C are known for producing the best-of-the-species. Edingtonite rarely comes on to the market and these are first-class specimens. Collected by Allen Ingelson decades ago in rough, high altitude terrain and offered for sale for the first time.

Elongate specimen with showy, tall edingtonite crystals (up 3.5 mm). The crystals are sharp and look very nice even without magnification; perhaps the nicest quality crystals we have available. Dimensions: 3 x 6 x 11.5 cm
