Cerussite, Tsumeb, Namibia

When many mineral collectors think of cerussite, we think of specimens like this one. The "snowflake" shape - a reticulated twin - is truly classic for the species. The incredible mines of Tsumeb, Namibia are famous for producing such specimens and we guess this piece was mined decades ago. This is some minor damage to a few crystal blades.
