Azurite with Digenite, Tsumeb, Namibia

One of the prettiest Tsumeb azurites I have offered. This beautiful classic has an electric blue azurite spray contrasting superbly against lighter coloured matrix. The azurite crystals are lathe-shaped with terrific form and terminations. Digenite (copper sulphide) forms veins within the matrix, accounting for the surprisingly high weight of this small piece.
