Amethyst on matrix, Veracruz, Mexico

Super cute miniature specimen from Mexico! This superb amethyst has sharp crystal terminations with several, including the largest, being doubly-terminated. The shade of purple is perfect; just light enough to reveal excellent clarity but dark enough to be visually appealing. The overall arrangement on matrix is quite aesthetic and would be a welcome addition to any collection. Ex Mike Menzies collection. From Veracruz, Mexico.
